| Mr. Kapoor is the founder
of TSG Integrations. He has created an organization,
which has introduced a number of innovative products
in healthcare. Strong research and development
has been his source for his creations. “I
loved what I did and that’s what kept

where your passion lies.” as per Mr. Kapoor.
He is driven by passion for innovation and for
his customers. He has built a strong culture
of research and innovation in his organization.
Mr. Kapoor has dedicated himself for the last
thirty years to the development of solutions
for healthcare. He started with solutions for
Radiotherapy treatment and has now moved across
to various fields of radiology, oncology, ophthalmology
and cardiology. He is a known and a respected
face in the healthcare industry and has played
a pioneers role in shaping the face of the specialties
he has been involved with . He spends a lot
of time on research, is a member of various
professional bodies and participates in various
workshops and forums. He has presented a number
of papers at various forums.
He was conferred with Life Time Contribution
Award for his contribution to Cancer Research
by the Society for Cancer Research and Communication
in the year 2003.
Under his leadership TSG Integrations has developed
a number of innovative products and has been
recognized by various bodies. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) of US Government has given
approval to latest products developed for External
Beam Conformal Radiotherapy Planning. International
Atomic Energy Agency, World Health Organization
and Government of India have also patronized
various products developed under his leadership.
Mr. Kapoor holds an engineers degree (B. Tech
Honours) from Indian Institute of Technology,
Bombay, a premium-engineering institute of India.
Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Mr Kapoor
was a software professional with IBM, India
where he worked for fifteen years and did some
outstanding work with a number of enterprises
in Information Technology.

Shagun
Grover

| Shagun is an Information
Technology specialist who has worked for thirteen
years managing Information Technology projects
and developing state of the art systems for various
industries. She has spent around seven years with
the health care industry managing System Development
and Information Technology projects.
At TSG Integrations she manages projects and
leads product development for Radiology and
Ophthalmology. Along with her knowledge on DICOM
standards, on Image Management and on Workflow
Systems, she brings in a lot of expertise to
TSG Integrations. She has successfully integrated
her healthcare experience, customer knowledge
and development skills in building innovative
products for TSG Integrations.
With her she brings a variety of experience
of Programming, Project Management, system development
and IT Trouble shooting. She has had experience
as a Senior Project Manager at Max India Delhi,
a leading player in healthcare having a chain
of specialty hospitals in India. There she was
managing the IT infrastructure, Information
Systems and was leading a team for System Development.
Earlier she has worked with leading players
in India as project manager leading teams for
System Development for clients across the globe.
She is a management graduate from Fore School
of Management, New Delhi and holds a Management
Diploma in International Management from ICHEC
Brussels Business School. She also holds a professional
Diploma in management from All India Management
Association, Delhi. She has had formal training
in programming and on IT management.

| Hardeep is the Finance
Controller & Commercial specialist of TSG
Integrations. He has been associated with TSG
Integration for twenty years.
He handles all financial, fiscal management
and commercial aspects of company operations.
He provides leadership and coordination in the
administrative, business planning and accounting
for the company. He ensures all relevant statutory
compliance and manages the commercial requirements
of business.
He is a finance specialist by qualification. |

Abhijit
Dutta
Manager Operations |

| Abhijit serves as Manager
- Operations with TSG Integrations. He is responsible
for customer acquisition, maintaining customer
relationship and implementation of projects and
systems for the company.
He has an experience of more than twenty years
in the Information technology industry and has
worked in various fields. He brings in rich
experience in programming, systems analysis,
Development of information systems, Monitoring
and evaluation systems, and telemedicine systems.
Prior to TSG Integrations he was involved with
a variety projects. System Development for Immigration
Bureau, Sales Information Systems, Database
Systems for education, monitoring and evaluation
systems are to name a few of his earlier projects.
He is associated with a number of voluntary
organizations and lends his skills and experience
to these organizations.
Abhijit is a masters in Physics from Calcutta
University, India. He is a great cook and is
able to balance his passion for cooking with
his responsibility on operations.
